The Graphic Glass laminated products are made by a unique bonding process that laminates your chosen image, design or material between two sheets of glass.
The interlayer/s are therefore free from being scratched or peeling. We produce laminated panels using two techniques a HOT LAMINATE and a COLD POUR process. As leaders in the field of glass laminating it has led us to researching and developing the introduction of a cold cure laminating process. The recent improvements in cild cure lamination have enhanced its quality and performance and increased its popularity enormously.
Graphic Glass is one of the few companies currently using both the heat pressure sheet ninyl process and cold cure lamination.
Through our unique lamination process you can be sure that Graphic Glass products are extremely safe.
The ability to laminate almost any textured glass, mixing and matching colours with patterns, films and materials presents unlimited design possibilities.
There are two different types of laminates available from Graphic Glass; Hot Laminates : this is a hot sheet resin process (below 100 degreesC curing) used in rice paper , silk designs and also for printed films. Cold Laminates: this is a liquid pour resin process used to create different opacity; translucent and transparent glass, mirrors and multiple layers.
